Large capacity
73 x 110 cm flat-bottom body, center-folded for volume. Carries bulk soiled linen between collection points and the wash tunnel.
Full-tighten drawstring
Top channel folded to a 40 mm width so the cord closes completely — no linen escapes during transport and washing.
External bottom hook
White hook sewn through a double-layer reinforcement pad on the flat bottom, so the bag hangs securely under load.
Wash-resistant printing
Oil-based ink screen print formulated to survive repeated 70–90 °C industrial laundering without flaking or fading.

Print layout proof
We prepare the print layout for your approval before anything goes into production.
Production
Cutting, sewing and single-pass screen printing. Each bag is packed in its own plastic bag, then packed in export cartons.
Photo approval and shipment
Finished-product photos are sent for your confirmation before shipment. Delivery FOB Shanghai; we confirm weight and volume once goods are ready.

What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 1,000 pieces. Repeat programs of 1,000+ pieces per season are standard for this product.
Can the bag carry our own logo?
Yes. The bag is manufactured to order — your logo, wording and layout are screen-printed to the same 90 °C wash-resistance standard, with a proof approved before production.
Is the orange Reklamation bag a different construction?
No — same material, size and stitching as the blue bag. It is dyed orange and printed with the marking above the logo, all on one face in a single screen-print pass.
What are the delivery terms?
FOB Shanghai. After production we confirm gross weight and volume and you arrange shipping — or we can quote CIF on request.
Do you also supply the laundry cart covers?
Yes — fitted black 300D polyester covers for 70 x 60 x 139.5 cm trolleys, with velcro door fastening and white logo print.
